I made this notebook for a cousin of mine.  Looks really good except once the mod podge dried, it folded and warped and then it didn’t look so good.  Next time I won’t cover it with mod podge.  This is so easy.  I love doing this.  I have a bunch of notebooks that I got when they were almost free!  Yummy present that was cheap add some nice pens to it there you have it.

It really is a shame that this little note book crumbled like it did.  I wish it would have stayed nice like this.

Becky

I made this tile for a cousin of mine.  A little girl is due in late Spring!

The nursey is going to be a jungle theme.

I am just in love with this tile!

I hope her mommy and daddy will love it too.

I did this tile.  It is cute.  I did it before I had my E and was limited on what I could cut the size out to.

Here is the not so good LIFE IS GOOD TILE I did for a fundraiser silent auction.   I wasn’t happy with the way this tile turned out at all.  I guess it showed because it only brought $2.  I am in the process of doing some more so hopefully I have learned from my mistakes.

So I have a cousin who is leaving to start her life in northern VA.  I am so happy for her and wish her the best.

We had her a little get together/shower for a house warming party just for the family granted that is HUGE! She got some really nice gifts.  This is what I had made her to add with the towels and cash I gave her; might I add she loved it.  I didn’t know what colors or anything so I just picked one of my favorites.

I love doing projects like this.  I used my cricut and the Lifes a beach cart and Storybook cart.

I have purchased a Crop a Dile and have I stated how EASY these are now.  Why did I not have one of these prior to 3 weeks ago….LOVE IT.  Almost the most useful tool I own in the entire house.  One of my newly acquired friends is going to be a GRANNY! I may have some more news on her in the upcoming weeks but it is just too soon to tell.  The grandbaby is suppose to be a boy so I have made her a mini album to keep some of the pictures and good stuff in there.  Hope you enjoy.  These are so easy now that I have my Crop a Dile.

School Supply Bottle August 12, 2009

For I have no idea what else to call it!  School is getting ready to start and I wanted to take the teachers something special to start the year with.  I have decorated the outside with a theme of yes, school!  Interesting isn’t it.  Well here are some pictures.

I took the label off the bottle and very carefully with the exacto knife cut a 3 sided square out so I could pack this stuff in it.  Then I decorated a piece of card stock.  I think it came out okay.  I could add some things to it I guess.  I used glitter on the apple to make it pop. I used the Cricut to cut most of the decorations.  I used the Locker Talk cart.

Enjoy!
